Quick Ginger Vinaigrette Recipe

With spring comes fresh greens for sal­ad. Why not add a per­son­al touch to your sal­ads by mak­ing your own dress­ing? It’s eas­i­er than you think if you have the right ingre­di­ents, like fla­vor extracts from l.c finns.

1/3 cup extra vir­gin olive oil
1 tbsp l.c. finns’ gin­ger extract
2 tbsp + 1 tsp bal­sam­ic vine­gar, or to taste
1 tbsp hon­ey or syrup, or to taste
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp fresh ground pep­per

Whisk togeth­er all ingre­di­ents until sug­ar and salt are dis­solved.
