Quick Ginger Vinaigrette Recipe

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp l.c. finns’ ginger extract
2 tbsp + 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, or to taste
1 tbsp honey or syrup, or to taste
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper
Whisk together all ingredients until sugar and salt are dissolved.
