Italian-Style Elotes Recipe

Serves: 4 as a large side

Ingre­di­ents:
— 4 cobs local corn, grilled
— 1/2 cup may­on­naise, prefer­ably home­made
— 1 Tbsp. chopped basil
— 1Tb­sp. chopped gia­r­diniera
— Salt & pep­per
— 1/4 cup Sar­tori shred­ded Parme­san
— Chili flakes

Direc­tions
1. Mix mayo, basil, & gia­r­diniera. Salt and pep­per to taste.
2. Spread mayo all over each cob, sprin­kle with parme­san & chili flakes.
