Pierogi Making Class

Spend an evening at Local Foods learn­ing how to make tra­di­tion­al pierogi with Mark and Chris from the Chow Broth­ers. They will demon­strate how to make tra­di­tion­al pierogi dough, fill­ing, shape the dumplings and how to poach them to ten­der per­fec­tion. While the Chow Broth­ers demon­strate there will be a sam­pling of their mod­ern pierogi, a dessert pierogi and a com­pli­men­ta­ry beer from Stock cafe. Recipes will be pro­vid­ed and the Chow Bros already made pierogi will be avail­able for pur­chase.
