Sausage Making Workshop

Join Rob Levitt of Butch­er & Larder for a hands-on sausage mak­ing work­shop. In this class you will learn about ingre­di­ent ratios & tech­niques for mak­ing sausage at home + you’ll get to help with cas­ing and link­ing the sausage!

Snacks will be served, includ­ing the sausage you make in class! Pur­chase wine for $5 a glass or tap beer for $3 each. You’ll also get 10% off any­thing you buy at Local Foods the night of the class.
