Join Stephanie Lock, founder/creator of Rus­tic Tart™ and Ready-to-Roll Dough™ to learn the art of sweet pie mak­ing. In this class you will learn rolling, crimp­ing and blind bak­ing tech­niques along with a fruit fill­ing to accom­pa­ny a fruit-filled tart. Enjoy a com­pli­men­ta­ry slice of pie and glass of wine or beer while you learn. In addi­tion, you will take home a com­pli­men­ta­ry pack­age of Rus­tic Tart’s Ready-to-Roll Dough™ for your own pas­try per­fect pie, tart or pas­tries. $25 Reg­is­tra­tion.
