Stephanie Lock, own­er of Rus­tic Tart and cre­ator of Ready-to-Roll Dough™ will demon­strate the art of free-form fruit-filled pies, tarts and pas­tries while you enjoy a slice of her award-win­ning apple pie and a glass of wine or beer from the Local Foods Cafe.  Demo includes lessons and tech­niques in rolling, fill­ing, fold­ing and bak­ing fol­lowed by a Q&A.  Each guest will take home a pack­age of Ready-to-Roll Dough, the award-win­ning apple fill­ing recipe and step-by-step instruc­tions to make great pie hap­pen!  Tick­ets avail­able here.
