“Alisha Norris Jones, aka Immortal Milk, is a bartender, tarot reader and cheesemonger at Marz Community Brewing in Chicago’s Bridgeport neighborhood. With a background in Religion + Anthropology and an interest in art, Jones tries to tell a story with every cheese board she creates. She loves all Alpine cheeses, as well as any cheese that can be described with the words ‘limestone’ or ‘bacon fat’.
